1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

• You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Please note: Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is non-refundable, unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

• Email us at  info@glreamgirl.in with your order number, clear images of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

• Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

• Once approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to us.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a fault on our part (wrong item, damage, etc.), Gleam Girl will bear the return shipping costs.

• In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer

• Delayed delivery caused by external logistics beyond our control

• Items returned without prior communication or approval

5. Exchange Option

• If you prefer, we can also offer a product exchange or store credit instead of a refund. Please mention your preference while submitting the refund request.
• The exchange product will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days
• The store credited will reflect in customer account in 7 to 10 working days
