• The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, with all tags, certificates (if any), and packaging intact.

• The item must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Please note: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

• Email us at info@gleamgirl.in with your order number, the reason for the return, and supporting images (if applicable).

• Our team will verify the request and provide return shipping instructions.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm your return status.

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a product defect, damage in transit, or incorrect item delivered, Gleam Girl will bear the return shipping cost.

• For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

• Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• In their original packaging, including all accessories, certificates, and tags

We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.

5. Refund or Exchange

After the returned item is received and inspected:

• A refund will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, or

• You may opt for an exchange or store credit, as per your preference
